Touchon & Co Grand Complication

In the decades that I have specialised in Touchon & Co Watches, I have heard rumours of' Grand Complication Watches' existing which were produced by them.

 

Until recently, nobody was able to provide me with proof of the existence of such a watch.

 

A private individual has recently done so. The watch was originally owned by a member of his family and the family concerned were very wealthy in the 1920's which explains the reason for the family having it.

 

The watch in question has a full calendar ( days of the month, days of the week, months ), moonphase as well as leap year indication ( perpetual calendar ); Minute repeating, Split Centre seconds flyback chronograph with 60 minute recording dial and is in full working order.
